MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT
There is a $25.00 minimum on all orders with WashClub Lehigh Valley.
All orders that are 75-pounds or less are delivered within 24-hours. Any orders greater than 75-pounds will be delivered within 48-hours or longer, depending on the weight of the order. It's generally 24-hours for every 75-pounds.
DISCOUNTS - LOYALTY & NEW CUSTOMER
All new residential customers of WashClub Lehigh Valley will automatically save 20% on their first order only.
All residential customers of WashClub Lehigh Valley will automatically save 10% on every sixth order. So your sixth order, eleventh order, sixteenth order, twenty-first order, and so on.
Discounts only apply to residential customers. Commercial customers do not automatically receive discounts. Any coupons applied to commercial orders by the customer will be removed when we process your order.
Residential customers, in the rare case that you are not happy with the service provided, please call us at (610) 365-4956 to schedule a pick up so we can re-do your order.
Any orders that we re-do must still be picked up and delivered during our regular pick up and delivery schedule.
Commercial customers, please call us at (610) 365-4956. Re-doing commercial orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Last-minute cancellations are accepted as long as our driver is not on their way to your location for pick up. You can cancel online within the secure customer area, or you can call us at (610) 365-4956 to cancel. We do not accept email cancellations as there is no guarantee that we will read your email in time.
If you receive a text notification that the driver is on their way for either pick up or delivery and you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us the moment you receive the text message notification!
SAME-DAY EXPRESS SERVICE
Same-day express service is available for an extra $25.00 and only available on orders that are 50-pounds or less.
